Green Valley is experienced in moving people into senior homes throughout Virginia. Our crews are accustomed to working directly with the client we are moving or a family member who is overseeing the transition. Green Valley can also provide appraisals for family heirlooms that are being divided up among family, as well as move those items to different family members. Of course, we can handle the remaining items from the home through auction and we can even provide trash removal if needed.
Our crews are familiar with sharing elevators with current residents, navigating carts down long hallways and maximizing our efficiency. Most importantly, our crews have patience and understanding. We can adjust loading or unloading time to accommodate your needs. Best of all, our friendly office staff are easy to reach and can answer all of your questions while they work with you to schedule your move and auction needs.

Trash Removal
Selling an estate? Trying to get your house on the market? If you’re overwhelmed, we can help. For large jobs, we can arrange for a dumpster and provide the labor to fill it. For smaller jobs we can provide a dump trailer and fill it. We can even make arrangements for donations to be picked up or transported to your favorite non-profit.

Short Term Storage
If you can’t make it for the scheduled pickup days, we offer weekly storage at a very reasonable price. If you are traveling for a distance to get here, it might make sense to pay storage for a month or so to pickup all of your winnings at once. Downsizing
Downsizing or simply looking to get rid of some excess baggage? Whether it’s through an in home evaluation, an online survey complete with pictures or just a phone call with basic descriptions, a Green Valley representative can walk you through the process.
