Aside from our online catalog with a description and multiple photos of each lot, your items are showcased in one of our galleries. We are open every Wednesday for preview as well as throughout the week for people who are traveling through the area. We don’t simply rely on the 20 thousand plus buyers who we have reached in the past. Our marketing team works tirelessly to promote your items to the right audience. We are always seeking new buyers, therefore getting you the best price.

Customized

Green Valley offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of each individual client. With our online gallery auctions, off-site auctions, appraisals, moving services and trash removal, we offer a solution for almost every situation.

Green Valley works with every individual client - customizing every job to meet specific needs; whether you need a total clean out, have an extensive collection or just have a few items to sell, we are more than willing to work with you.

Our gallery auctions are held at our facility. With 6 galleries and 33,000 square feet of show space, we can really showcase your items. With photo booths for furniture and multiple light boxes for smalls, we ensure our photos are first class. Gallery auctions offer the buyer the luxury of multiple days for preview, shipping and storage options as well as alternative days for pickup.

Off-Site online auctions are held in the client’s home. Green Valley catalogs and photographs each item utilizing portable lighting and backdrops as much as possible. Off-site auctions receive the same marketing efforts as gallery auctions and are placed on our APP for bidding. After the auction has closed, our staff coordinates buyers coming to the home to pick up their winnings. Off-site auctions can be very beneficial, but not every situation is best served by an off-site auction. During our free in-home consultation, we will advise you about the advantages and disadvantages and help you determine what would be best for your scenario.

  • We like to know a little bit about the items you are interested in consigning, how much you have to disperse of and in some cases, we may request a few sample photos.

    Once we have some basic information, we can talk about pick up options or schedule a bring in date for you.

  • Absolutely. We are a full-service auction company that offers a wide range of services that are customized to best fit your needs.

    If you are now the person in charge of a large estate that needs to be dispersed, of we can certainly help you get the process started and see you through to the end if needed.

  • Our commission rates are on a sliding scale based on what an item sells for. The more a piece brings, the less we charge. The rate can also fluctuate based on the desirability of something and the labor involved in handling.

    Give us a call: once we gather some information about the items you wish to consign, then we can let you know what your commission rates will be.

  • You will receive your funds 30 days from the date your items are sold.

  • We do offer pick up services for auction consignments if it is cost effective for a customer. We can discuss this once we have an idea of what you wish to sell.
