How did you end up at Green Valley? “I came to GVAM after answering a job ad on Indeed. I’m so happy I did! I love learning about all the different pieces we carry. I enjoy interacting with customers and I love the chaos and running on Thursday and Friday pick up days.

What strengths do you bring to GVAM? “I believe I bring a friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn along with a drive to do a great job.”

Heather has been settled in the Shenandoah Valley for over 20 years. She is a wife and she is the mother of a teenage boy. Before settling her, she considers herself lucky enough to have lived on the Outer Banks and Washington, D.C. “My dad is originally from Shenandoah, Virginia and my mother is from Northern, Virginia. They own a farm in Rockingham County. I grew up in several different cities, but predominantly Lake Anna area.”

Heather enjoys cooking, kayaking, camping and trying different ethnic foods. She also loves outdoor markets and traveling. When ask what is most important to her, Heather responded, “Family is hands down the most important thing to me, but I value honesty, accountability and integrity as well.”
